Updates to Reservations: If you need to make any updates to your room, please do not call the hotel – contact Crystal Carpenter at crystalc@tsta.org.

Credit Card Authorization Form: For the locals who may be paying with a local card, we have asked the hotel to send a Credit Card Authorization Form, so please be on the lookout for that. This is optional, but will advise that it does allow you to authorize payment for your local rooms prior to the event, which can make check-in smoother onsite, both for your delegates and you as the cardholder.

Use a Credit Card: Please use a credit card for your room deposit, NOT a debit card, even if it can be run as a credit card – otherwise, a hold will be placed on your card account for the full anticipated amount to be owed to the hotel, including estimated incidentals, through date of check-out. Holds may not be released for 72 hours from date of check-out or longer at the discretion of your card issuer. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Cancellation Policy: The hotel’s cancellation policy is that if you need to drop a reservation, in order to avoid incurring a fee of the deposit (equal to the room rate and tax for the first night for each reservation), you must cancel no less than 48 hours before the reservation begins.

Early Departure: Please also be aware that if your plans change and you need to depart on a day that is earlier than the current departure date on your reservation, to please let the hotel know ASAP in order to avoid incurring potential early departure fees.
